TPS-VENEZUELA


¡Puede solicitar el Estatus de Protección Temporal (“TPS”) ahora! USCIS debe recibir su solicitud antes del 2 de abril de 2025. Esto significa que debe presentar la solicitud antes del viernes 20 de marzo de 2025. Este período de TPS será hasta el 2 de abril de 2025.

Para aplicar, se necesitan los siguientes documentos:

1. Prueba de que es ciudadano de Venezuela
2. Certificado de nacimiento
3. Pasaporte
4. Formulario I-94 (si aplica)
5. Prueba de dirección actual en Estados Unidos
6. Cuatro fotos tamaño pasaporte
7. Un cheque o giro postal para USCIS

TPS le permitirá tener una autorización de trabajo y un número de Seguro Social válido. La tarifa de USCIS para la solicitud de TPS, autorización de trabajo y datos biométricos es:

- Menores de 14 años: $50 (tarifa I-821)
- 14-65 años: $545 (tarifa I-821 $ 50 + datos biométricos (huellas)$ 85 + I-765 $ 410)
- 66 años o más: $135 (tarifa I-821 $ 50 + datos biométricos $ 85)

La tarifa por servicios legales de Casa de Esperanza será de $400.

Si actualmente se encuentra en la corte, puede hacer que su caso se cierre administrativamente.

Si tiene una orden de expulsión o deportación, aún es elegible para solicitar el TPS.

You can apply for Temporary Protected Status (“TPS”) now! USCIS must receive your application before April 2, 2025. This means you must apply before March 20, 2025,. This TPS period will run until April 2, 2025.

To apply, you must provide the following:

1. Proof that you are a citizen of Venezuela
2. Birth certificate
3. Passport
4. Form I-94 (If applicable)
5. Proof of current residence in the United States
6. Four passport photos
7. A check or money order for USCIS

TPS will permit you to have a work authorization and a valid Social Security number. The USCIS fee for the TPS application, work authorization and biometrics is:

- Younger than 14 years old: $50 (I-821 Fee)
- 14-65 years old: $545 (I-821 Fee $50 + Biometrics $85 + I-765 $410)
- 66 years old and older: $135 (I-821 Fee $50 + Biometrics $85)

The fee for legal services from Casa de Esperanza will be $400.

If you are currently in court, you can have your case administratively closed.

If you have a removal or deportation order, you are still eligible to apply for TPS.
